Oh my gosh!! Words cannot even describe the Peacock Brooklyn and coin purse that I received today!! They are unbelievably gorgeous – as always! I feel like Janell’s a family member! I cannot even count how many of these bags I own – I lost count! I’ve been carrying these bags for YEARS and nothing even comes close to breaking or falling apart like the name brands that they sell in department stores and let me tell you – I am very abusive with my bags! They’re thrown, kicked, stepped on – just beat to death because of my busy lifestyle and they still look brand new! These are worth the investment as they last forever! Every time I tell myself that I have more than enough, she comes out with something new that I just have to have. You can see the love and care that goes into each bag! Don’t walk – run – especially if there’s a new color!! They are so comfortable to carry also. The straps are wider and gave cushion to them. You cannot go wrong with any Janell bag. I have my daughter hooked on them too!

I decided to let my husband spoil me for Mothers’ Day and buy my first REAL LEATHER purse ever! I bought the Brooklyn in Espresso, and I absolutely LOVE it! The craftsmanship of the bag is above and beyond what I expected. I also love that I am supporting a Christian small business in my home state of Maine! Communication, shipping, and customer service was amazing. I can’t wait to actually visit Janell’s shop someday! I understand that some of the prices may be more than you would normally pay for a purse–but the quality definitely makes it worth the cost…and more! The bag is both durable and beautiful, and I’m sure I will be using it for many years. Thank you Janell! 🙂

My wife over the years had purchased numerous brand name handbag’s but would always find flaws with the leather or manufacturing. Janell who puts her name on every bag that is handmade makes sure that she is using the best leather that is available. Compare her leather to the brand names and you can see and feel the difference. Janell takes great pride in her products and appreciates the input she receives from the customers. My wife is not only a Janell girl for life (I have lost track of how many bags she owns) but also a loyal customer and friend to Janell.

I just received my latest Janell Bags purchase – a Jenna in Lemon Cream. It is as beautiful as I expected it to be. My collection of Jenna Bags now numbers ten, an assortment of Brooklyns, Jennas (my favorite), and Emmas. The bags are carefully made and very reasonably priced. It’s obvious that Janell herself takes great pride in her product. It’s always nice to talk to Janell when placing orders by phone. I’m sure that as new colors are added my collection will increase!!

Dear Janell and staff, What a wonderful “Made in Maine — Made in USA” small business. Everything they do is top notch and they are true to their word. Last year I found them in their first Newport store and was amazed of the quality, professional and customer care. They truly are the “Best of the best”. Last year I purchased several which my husband was delighted to give me as gifts. So birthday, mothers day, anniversaries and Christmas are so much more special and exciting. This year my husband wanted me to get something I wanted. So we went onto the Janell website and found the gorgeous new LEMON color and ordered it in Jenna. Next day I get an email that the order is completed and in the mail. Yesterday USPS said it was coming tomorrow and it arrived today. Janell MUST have elves or angels working in the shop so such fast and exquisite work. And we also received an email with 15% off over the weekend. Don’t hesitate to call if any questions either — Janell wants to make your experience one you will truly enjoy and remember. I will! Thank you so very much, you made my birthday again very special.

After years of wishing for a Janell bag, I purchased the Kate bag and it was beautiful, but a little too small for what I needed. I spoke to Janell, and she was very helpful with my return and refund. I received my new Camille bag yesterday, and it is perfect for what I need. The quality is amazing, it definately won’t fall apart like my cheap Amazon bags did! And I love how it looks, simple, elegant and classy! Thanks Janell for your lovely work, we will definately recommend you for anyone wanting a quality beautiful bag.

I just purchased by first bag; it will most likely not be my last. I purchased the Boston from the minimalist line and it is fabulous. It has a big main compartment with enough smaller spaces to try to be a bit organized and the one external pocket which is a great size for phone or easy access items I was gifted the Ava wristlet which is perfect inside the Boston tote. I am very hard on bags but I can see already how well made this is. I love the feel and the smell of the new leather. LOVE IT!

I was just given my first Janell bag by my husband for Christmas. It is beautiful. The many pockets will keep me organized the way I like it to be. The best bonus is that the construction is perfect and the leather smell is addictive

I just received my Boston Tote today and I absolutely love it!! Sometimes if I’m going out I have to make a quick dash out the door and this is perfect to throw and go! It will join my already enormous collection of Janell bags! I own approximately 30 plus of these bags and I love every one of them! They are so well made that they will never ever fall apart! People are crazy to pay high prices for a name brand when they are mass produced! Each one of these are hand made and honestly, Janell is a brand name in itself! Can’t wait to see what new things the future holds!
