I received my Jenna bag and Ava wristlet today. When I opened the box, I could NOT believe my eyes AND nose. First of all, I’ve always been a Dooney girl and I own many, but as soon as I saw the outstanding quality of this bag, I will no longer be purchasing Dooney’s!!! The quality and professional craftsmanship of this bag Both inside and out totally blew me away and it takes a LOT to do that as I am extremely picky about quality! I was also in shock over the size of the Ava wristlet! Very generously sized and perfect to carry my cosmetics! Thirdly, the leather smells divine – reminds me of a pair of Quoddy’s I owned 30 years ago!! Overall I love the light but substantial weight if the bag as I have problems with my shoulders and this is going to be a joy to carry! I was going to wait until Spring to switch my purses out but heck with that – I’m doing it TODAY!!! Janell, you do a fantastic job at making these bags! I usually only carry black purses but I’m definitely coming back to purchase some of the other lovely colors! I used to balk at paying a little more for a Dooney bag, but I’m not going to balk at buying these bags because they are well worth every cent!! Thank you so much for sharing your talents!!

I received my beautiful Chelsea bag yesterday and I just love it! The quality and style are outstanding; it will be a perfect companion for my trips. I also enjoyed speaking with Janell, herself…….how rare is that! Anyway, my next shoulder bag will definately be a Janell bag!

I absolutely love my new bag. After leaving a not so subtle hint for my husband as to what I would like for Christmas ( I actually circled in black felt marker the ad in the Downeast Magazine), he went online and ordered the purse. He handed me the receipt and I saw he had ordered the Chelsea, not the Jenna. I immediately called the number listed in the ad. To my great surprise, the voice on the other end said “Hello, this is Janell”!! I was extremely impressed. She was able to correct the order and refund the difference. Not only do I absolutely love my new purse, but the personalized customer service has made me a customer for life!!

I love the color orange and commented I wished there was a dark orange and Janell had some sample leathers! I ordered the wristlet which was gorgeous and my husband got me the Jenna in the same orange as my wristlet! I LOVE it! Thank you for making these custom color bags for me!

My first bag was a salmon color summer clearance but I decided it was more of a pumpkin spice and used it all this fall. It was very well made. It should last for years. I ordered the royal purple in the largest style and my husband is going to give me that for Christmas. I’m happy and he is thrilled about not needing to shop! I just now ordered the Ellie style bag in the Persian red. I’ve had my eye on it for ages and there is a sale so it’s finally going to be mine. My birthday is two days after Christmas so this will be my present and hubby won’t need to shop. Get the bag. You won’t regret it!

I just today received my beautiful “Jenna” bag in Christmas purple. It is even more perfect than I imagined! You can just tell by looking at the bag of its high quality! Even my husband commented on the detail and how much he liked it , and he never gets excited about things I buy , ha ha. So thank you again for your wonderful craftsmanship. My “Emma” bag arrived yesterday and went out the door with me today. It is love at first sight. Everything about this bag is a 10+. The choice of crossbody or handle is perfect. Overall size and both exterior and interior pocket sizes are just right. I love the lining. Beautiful print fabric. Coordinates with the exterior and allows me to see everything. It is not just a dark hole inside which you can neither see or find anything. I’m going to need another one…soon!

My husband got me a Kate crossbody in cappuccino for my 40th birthday a few days ago. I like it. I needed a new one.He knew I was looking at them & he surprised me & got one for. I like the smell of the new leather & heavy outer zipper & the material print inside. Very nice.
