I have always been a Coach girl and would not carry anything but coach. I saw the Janell bags in Downeast and got in touch with Janell herself to come see some of her bags. That’s all it took for me to become a Janell girl. I have sold almost all my coach bags in place have gained more Janell bags and plan on getting more. I love the fact that the leather comes from a tannery in my town in Maine and is made in a town that hold dear to my heart. Janell is also a very personable and helpful woman and love doing business with her. More companies should be like hers. My bags at here perfect fit for every occasion and she had different sizes for different needs. I am sure you will love them as much as I do, try one, you will not regret it!!!

I have been eyeing the Chelsea in cappuccino for about a year, ever since I met Janell and her family and found out they make leather bags. Fast forward to a week in a half ago, Janell helped my husband order *the* bag that I have been wanting and her and her husband had it ready to be picked up in just a few hours! I have been using my Chelsea since getting it a week and a half ago and it is definitely the bag of my dreams. As a young mom of 4 young kids (2 being in diapers) it is absolutely perfect. It fits all my needs and wants for a bag, I can carry everything I need plus have room left in the bag! The interior of the bag is beautiful and matches the exterior perfectly. It is a gorgeous bag and the customer service is fantastic. Janell and her family are very sweet people and I love being able to support a small business that is local to me and uses locally tanned leather. It doesn’t get any better than that! I recommend Janell Bags to everyone and recommend the Chelsea to all moms!

I ordered the Ashley bag in Persian Red and it’s even better than I expected. It is a very high-quality product — the color is rich and the details are beautiful. Also, the customer service is outstanding. I had a glitch with my online order (due to user error, not any problem with the site) and Janelle could not have been nicer. She gave me her cell phone number and we sorted it out over the phone — on a weekend, no less. And I love the opportunity to support a local woman-owned small business.

I just received my first (but not last) Jenna bag in the blue heather color…I absolutely LOVE it!!! The quality of the bag is outstanding!! My husband and I went to her shop and the customer service was wonderful!!! Far exceeded my expectations!!! I will definitely be recommending Janell bags to all my friends and family!! Janell was extremely pleasant and helpful!!!
