My third Chelsea Janell bag just arrived. I also have a Jenna one. Incredible workmanship. Beautiful leather bags. I still carry my first one that is years old and not a mark on it. I plan to buy more. They are works of art, indeed!

My new Chelsea bag is absolutely gorgeous! The leather is sumptuous and smells divine, and Janell went out of her way to work with me to get the color I wanted. The artistry and craftsmanship are stellar, and the design is practical and useful but also so lovely that I can’t stop staring at it. It’s perfection. I can’t wait to order my next Janell bag!

Received my periwinkle blue Jenna today, which is a gift for my daughter-in-law, and it is absolutely gorgeous! Well- made and the leather color is beautiful! She will love it I feel sure. I can certainly see a new bag for myself in the future. So glad I saw your add in DownEast!

Hi Janell – per our conversation, my wife opened the shipping box, took out the JENNA bag, and a minute later, retrieved the bag she was using and distributed the contents to her JENNA bag. What a great product, I checked the sewing and construction – all beyond expectations. I especially thought the cell-phone pocket was a fantastic design addition, as she and I’m sure many others rummage around looking for their ringing phone. All in all – we’ll surely be purchasing more of the quality bags from Janell Bags – Proudly made in the USA!

Picked up a beautiful blue Chelsea and matching Ava today! The quality of these bags and detail is so beautiful and if you have a color in mind that you don’t see, just ask and sometimes she can do it! I own 5 Janell bags now and gone are my “designer bags”! These bags are far more quality and versatile and make great gifts for that hard to buy for person.

I saw your ad in Yankee Magazine and thought I would take a look as I really love shopping for local, American made items. When I saw the silver bags I just had to have one! My Emma Crossbody arrived today and I am so delighted with the bag. The quality is excellent, the color is wonderful and the size and handle versatility is perfect. The only downside to this purchase is that I am going to want another Janell handbag much sooner than I might have planned for. I’m so happy I saw that ad! Thank you!

Just received my 11th and 12th bags in the mail today!!! I cannot day enough about them – obviously!!! You’ll never ever find a better constructed bag and they are truly not only extremely functional, but you can beat them to death like me and they’ll stand up to everything and still look as beautiful as the day you bought them!! Every time I buy a new bag, which has been pretty frequently as of late, I always tell myself that this is my last one (for awhile anyways), which brings me to my new catchphrase- NEVER SAY NEVER!!! I’ve emailed Janell so much lately that she feels like a family member! Thank you Janell and Jerry for bringing these gorgeous bags to all of us!!

My first experience with Janell was an ad in Yankee Magazine so I went to the site to look at the purses. I ordered an Ellie, but had to make a phone call to let the company know that I had entered an order for 3 of the same exact purse, instead of 1, expecting to leave a message. I was surprised that it was actually answered on the third ring! I normally don’t purchase a purse unless I think it will last at least 5 years. I just received my Ellie today (my very first order from Janell) and when I removed it from the priority mailing carton, my first thought was “is this really leather?” It’s so soft it feels like cloth. It was love at first sight. I definitely recommend Janell as I believe these purses will last a lifetime. Thanks so much for the great service (and quality)!!! Janice from Michigan

I just received my Cappuccino Lizzie and I cannot put into words how wonderful this bag is!! So comfortable to carry and I love the extra room inside – enough to sneak my snacks and drinks into the movie theater unnoticed 😃! The construction is phenomenal, as always! I love this bag so much that I just ordered it in black also! Oh, and did I mention that the black Lizzie will be my 10th bag purchased from Janell?? This is my new name brand!! Constructed much better than any other name brand that I’ve ever owned!! I’ll never buy anywhere else!!! Thanks for your company!! I’m addicted and I see no end in sight! I may have to build on another closet for storage!!
