This giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by JANELL BAGS, INC, located at 382 Moosehead Trail, Newport ME 04953 ("Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and Clark House, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or household members, are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins September 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends October 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period").
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit https://janellbags.com/pages/northward and complete the entry form with the required information. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
5. Winner Selection
Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on October 12, 2026, conducted by Sponsor or its representative, Clark House. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prizes and Selection Order
Each of the three (3) winners will receive one (1) prototype Northward bag. The order in which winners are drawn determines their pick order: the first winner drawn will choose first from the three available prototype styles, the second winner drawn will choose from the two remaining styles, and the third winner drawn will receive the one remaining style. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $125 per bag, $375 total. No cash alternative or substitution will be offered except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
7. Notification
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone, using the contact information provided at entry, on or before October 16, 2026. If a winner cannot be reached within [3] business days of the first notification attempt, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, that winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected in their place, at Sponsor's discretion.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Clark House, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability related to participation in this Promotion or the receipt and use of a prize.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's use of their name, city and state of residence, and likeness for purposes of advertising and promoting this Promotion, in any media, without further compensation.
