I ordered the Jenna bag in honey. This is my first Janell bag and the quality is amazing! From the stitching, the quality leather, the thick material lining , sturdy zipper, to just the right inside pockets, I can’t say enough! Love the outside cell pocket too. The size is just perfect. I am proud to support a growing small business with everything American made. Did I forget to mention…..the customer service is wonderful. Don’t be surprised if you call and Janell herself answers the phone. The shipping was extremely quick. I am waiting for the black leather to come back in stock and I will be purchasing another. I just bought my second bag from Janell after having an early Jenna model for years (and that one still looks great but I wanted a spring/summer color). I got another Jenna purse and JUST LOVE IT. I want to comment about the INCREDIBLE customer service Janell provided. I was looking for a light colored bag but didn’t want a pastel color. I gave Janell a call and she had an extra piece of stone-colored leather (she emailed me a photo) that would make one Jenna bag. She custom-made the bag for me and it was delivered in less than a week. WOW! I am so happy to give Janell Bags my business. Great product and exceptional customer service. Thank you!

I just recieved my Lavender Fog Brooklyn handbag and I love it! This is my second handbag.. this quality is the best. This handbag has the 2 side pockets which I use to keep my keys giving me easy access! The size is perfect- slightly larger than my first bag which was the Jenna but not too big and I love that it fits over the shoulder as well. Thank you for making the perfect handbags in great colors and unbeatable quality!!

I ordered your bag for my first airplane trip in 18 months and it is lovely! I can take off the shoulder strap on the Kate bag and it slips down into my small backpack as part of my “personal” carry on and when I reach my destination, it works well to keep my charge cards, cellphone, wallet and a few personal items close to hand. It’s dressy enough for a nice dinner out or practical enough to hold the necessaries for window shopping, sightseeing or a trip to the store. The interior lining is a pop of color and the stitching and leather quality is top notch. The cocoa bean leather color works well for brown or black needs and I can see ordering another colorway in the near future. Thank you!

Admit it, we’re all the same – we have a closet shelf full of bags that were “just perfect” when we took them out of the store, used them once, and there they are on the shelf with all the other “perfect” ones – NOT! Just received my Kate in blue willow, and suffice it to say, it will NOT be joining the others on the closet shelf. This one really is exactly what I was looking for. I only wish that I wasn’t retired so I’d have an excuse to purchase a larger one. And it ticks off all the blocks: made locally, sourced locally and a business basically run and staffed by women. I’ll be stopping by on my next trip to Maine (soon, I hope).
